Withdrawals Policy

Mother India Higher Secondary School maintains a structured withdrawal policy to ensure that student records and processes are handled with clarity and responsibility.

General Guidelines
  • Parents seeking to withdraw their child must submit a written application at least one month in advance.
  • Transfer Certificates will be issued only after all dues, including tuition, library, lab, and transport fees, have been cleared.
  • Students must return all school belongings, including library books and identity cards, before the TC is issued.
School-Initiated Withdrawals

The school reserves the right to cancel admission or recommend withdrawal in the following cases:

  • Continuous poor academic performance despite interventions
  • Repeated disciplinary violations or misconduct
  • Non-payment of fees or unauthorized long absences

In such instances, the school will notify parents and provide a reasonable timeframe to make alternative arrangements.

Mid-Year Withdrawals
  • In case of mid-year withdrawal, fees for the current term must be paid in full, regardless of the month of exit.
  • No refund will be issued for fees already paid, unless there is a valid reason supported by documents and approved by the management.

Mother India Higher Secondary School believes in maintaining mutual respect and transparency in all admission and withdrawal procedures, ensuring a smooth and supportive transition for every student and family.
