Withdrawals Policy

Mother India Higher Secondary School maintains a structured withdrawal policy to ensure that student records and processes are handled with clarity and responsibility.

General Guidelines

Parents seeking to withdraw their child must submit a written application at least one month in advance.
Transfer Certificates will be issued only after all dues, including tuition, library, lab, and transport fees, have been cleared.
Students must return all school belongings, including library books and identity cards, before the TC is issued.

School-Initiated Withdrawals

The school reserves the right to cancel admission or recommend withdrawal in the following cases:

Continuous poor academic performance despite interventions
Repeated disciplinary violations or misconduct
Non-payment of fees or unauthorized long absences

In such instances, the school will notify parents and provide a reasonable timeframe to make alternative arrangements.

Mid-Year Withdrawals

In case of mid-year withdrawal, fees for the current term must be paid in full, regardless of the month of exit.
No refund will be issued for fees already paid, unless there is a valid reason supported by documents and approved by the management.
