Admission Procedure

Admissions at Mother India Higher Secondary School are open to all students irrespective of caste, creed, religion, or background, based on seat availability and eligibility criteria. The school follows a transparent and student-friendly admission process that ensures the right learning environment for each child.

Application Process
  • Admission applications are issued at the school office during working hours.
  • Parents or guardians must fill in the admission form accurately and submit it along with all required documents.
  • Incomplete or false information may result in the cancellation of admission.
Admission Criteria
  • For Kindergarten (LKG/UKG): The child must meet the minimum age requirement as per state norms. Admission is granted based on interaction with the child and parent.
  • For Classes I to IX: Admission is subject to seat availability and performance in the previous class. A basic entrance test may be conducted to assess eligibility.
  • For Classes XI and XII: Admission is based on SSLC Board Examination marks. Stream allocation (Science/Commerce) is done as per merit and seat availability.
Documents Required
  • Birth Certificate (original and copy)
  • Transfer Certificate (TC) from the previous school
  • Community Certificate (if applicable)
  • Recent passport-size photographs (4 copies)
  • Aadhaar card copy of the student and parents
  • Previous academic records or progress reports
Confirmation of Admission
  • Once the application is verified and approved, admission is confirmed on fee payment.
  • Students are enrolled only after submitting the Transfer Certificate and other mandatory documents.
  • Admission once granted must be confirmed within the specified timeline, failing which the seat will be offered to another candidate.
