General Rules and Regulations – For Parents

  • Parents must ensure their child attends school regularly, punctually, and in proper uniform.
  • They should monitor their child’s academic performance, homework, and behavior on a daily basis.
  • Attendance at Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) is compulsory to discuss the child’s progress.
  • Parents must inform the school in writing for any planned leave or absence exceeding two days.
  • It is mandatory to sign progress reports, test papers, and school circulars sent through students.
  • Parents should avoid visiting classrooms directly during school hours. Prior appointment must be taken to meet teachers.
  • Cooperation with the school in maintaining discipline, punctuality, and cleanliness is expected.
  • All communication with the school must be polite and respectful. Grievances should be submitted in writing to the Principal.
  • Parents are discouraged from criticizing school authorities or staff in front of children.
  • Any change in address or contact number must be informed to the school office immediately.
  • Parents must clear all school dues, fees, and transport charges on time to avoid interruption in the child’s education.
  • Gifts or personal favors to teachers or staff are strictly prohibited.
  • Parents should ensure their child does not bring expensive items or gadgets to school.
  • It is the parent’s responsibility to encourage children to maintain regular study habits and discipline at home.
  • Withdrawal of students must follow the school’s formal procedure, including a written application and clearance of all dues.
